MTS Mobile Truck Repair ("MTS", "we", "our", or "us") operates a web-based dispatch platform for commercial truck services. Our services include connecting truck drivers and fleet operators ("Customers") with qualified mobile mechanics, towing services, and repair vendors ("Vendors") throughout the United States and Canada.
All services are coordinated via the MTS platform using AI-based dispatch and vendor matching.
All vendors are independent contractors. MTS is not responsible for any labor, performance, or damage caused by third-party vendors. We match based on availability, service type, pricing, and vendor rating.
Payments are processed via Stripe and/or Square. MTS collects payment on behalf of vendors and deducts a 15% commission + applicable platform fees. Vendor payouts are made only after job completion.
Refunds are handled case-by-case. Invoices must be reviewed within 72 hours of job completion. For chargebacks, MTS will provide digital proof (photos, GPS logs, technician notes).
We use GPS tracking to monitor vendor arrival and ETA. Data is used only for dispatch and security purposes.
Customer and vendor uploads (photo ID, truck photos, job videos) are stored securely and used solely for service verification and fraud protection.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, repeated no-shows, abuse, or policy violations without refund. Vendors may be suspended for poor performance or unprofessional conduct.
By using our service, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
