Fleet account members with Premium plans receive two emergency service call fee waivers per month, which can significantly reduce costs for urgent after-hours needs.

  2. Advertising Model ($1,000/month for 3 ZIP codes): Your business is listed publicly with full contact information, allowing customers to communicate with you directly. You control your own pricing, scheduling, and billing. This model is ideal for established shops looking to expand their customer base and build brand recognition without sharing commission on jobs.

Both plans require vendors to meet our quality standards, maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and adhere to our service level agreements. The right plan depends on your business goals, administrative capacity, and preference for control versus convenience.

We pride ourselves on transparent pricing with no hidden fees. However, there are some additional charges that may apply in specific situations:

  • Environmental Fees: In certain jurisdictions, we are required to collect environmental fees for disposal of fluids, batteries, or other regulated materials (typically $5-25 depending on service)
  • Shop Supplies: A nominal fee (usually 5% of labor, capped at $30) may be added for consumable supplies like cleaning solutions, rags, and lubricants
  • Emergency Dispatch Fee: For urgent same-day service requests requiring schedule adjustments ($50-75 depending on timing)
  • Cancellation Fee: For appointments cancelled less than 2 hours before scheduled service (up to 1 hour labor charge)
