Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency service for all commercial vehicles. After-hours service (outside 8am-5pm local time) and weekend/holiday service are available at a higher rate to cover the additional staffing costs involved.

Our after-hours rate is $220 per hour compared to our standard rate of $185 per hour during regular business hours. Emergency service is dispatched based on technician availability and typically has an average response time of 60-90 minutes depending on your location.

Fleet account members with Premium plans receive two emergency service call fee waivers per month, which can significantly reduce costs for urgent after-hours needs.

We accept multiple payment methods to accommodate your needs:

• Credit/Debit Cards: All major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
• Fleet Cards: Comdata, EFS, T-Chek, and Fleet One
• Mobile Payments: Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
• ACH Transfers: Available for approved accounts
• Corporate Accounts: Net-30 terms available for established fleet accounts with approved credit

Payment is typically processed after service is completed. For larger repairs exceeding $1,000, a partial payment or authorization may be required before parts are ordered or work begins.

Fleet discounts are automatically applied based on your account classification:

• Repeat Customer: After your third service in a 12-month period, you automatically qualify for our Repeat Customer discount (approximately 5-8% off standard rates)
• Small Fleet (5-9 trucks): Requires registration of your vehicles in our system with a consolidated billing account
• Medium Fleet (10-24 trucks): Offers deeper discounts with priority service
• Large Fleet (25+ trucks): Our most substantial discounts with preferential scheduling

We offer two distinct vendor partnership models:

1. Dispatch-Controlled Model ($300/month + 15% commission): We handle all customer acquisition, dispatch, payment processing, and customer service. You focus solely on performing quality repairs. This model works well for vendors who want a steady flow of pre-qualified jobs without marketing or administrative overhead. Commission is only charged on months when jobs are dispatched.
2. Advertising Model ($1,000/month for 3 ZIP codes): Your business is listed publicly with full contact information, allowing customers to communicate with you directly. You control your own pricing, scheduling, and billing. This model is ideal for established shops looking to expand their customer base and build brand recognition without sharing commission on jobs.

Both plans require vendors to meet our quality standards, maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and adhere to our service level agreements. The right plan depends on your business goals, administrative capacity, and preference for control versus convenience.

We pride ourselves on transparent pricing with no hidden fees. However, there are some additional charges that may apply in specific situations:

• Environmental Fees: In certain jurisdictions, we are required to collect environmental fees for disposal of fluids, batteries, or other regulated materials (typically $5-25 depending on service)
• Shop Supplies: A nominal fee (usually 5% of labor, capped at $30) may be added for consumable supplies like cleaning solutions, rags, and lubricants
• Emergency Dispatch Fee: For urgent same-day service requests requiring schedule adjustments ($50-75 depending on timing)
• Cancellation Fee: For appointments cancelled less than 2 hours before scheduled service (up to 1 hour labor charge)

All applicable fees will be disclosed and explained before work begins. We never add unexpected charges without prior approval.
