Our mobile PM service can operate in most locations with minimal requirements:

• Access: Adequate space for our service vehicle to park near your equipment (approximately 40 feet of clear space)
• Surface: Reasonably level, solid ground surface (paved preferred, but compacted gravel is acceptable)
• Lighting: For night service, basic lighting of the area or we can provide portable lighting
• Weather Protection: For inclement weather, covered areas are helpful but not required as we can work in most conditions
• Vehicle Access: Vehicles must be accessible and not blocked by other equipment
• Keys/Access: Someone needs to provide access to vehicles or keys must be available

For ongoing fleet service, we'll conduct a site assessment during the initial setup to ensure our service equipment can operate effectively at your location and to establish protocols for access, security, and service scheduling.

• Annual Inspections: We provide complete documentation of Federal Annual Inspection requirements (§396.17) with certified inspectors who perform thorough inspections and complete all required forms
• Inspection Records: All inspection reports are maintained in our electronic system and provided to you in both digital and physical formats as required by §396.21
• Qualification Evidence: Documentation of inspector qualifications is maintained and available as required by §396.19

• Engine Oil: Premium synthetic blend and full synthetic oils meeting current API service categories (CK-4/FA-4) and manufacturer specifications for each engine type
• Transmission Fluid: OEM-approved automatic transmission fluids and synthetic manual transmission lubricants specific to your transmission model
• Gear Oils: Synthetic and semi-synthetic differential and gear oils meeting GL-5 and MT-1 specifications
• Coolant: Extended life coolants meeting ASTM D6210 and OEM specifications, including nitrite-free formulations for modern engines
• Filters: OEM or premium aftermarket filters (Donaldson, Baldwin, Wix, Fleetguard) that meet or exceed OEM filtration efficiency requirements
• Greases: Premium lithium complex and synthetic greases with appropriate NLGI grades for each application
