Service Authorization Agreement

Service Authorization Terms

By signing this agreement, you authorize MTS Mobile Truck Repair to dispatch a service vendor to your location for roadside assistance or mechanical services.

MTS provides a dispatch coordination and service connection platform. This includes advertising, technician matching, call handling, job setup, vendor onboarding, and customer support.

Non-Refundable Deposit:

You authorize MTS to place a deposit hold to initiate service. This deposit is non-refundable once the technician is en route.

Final Payment Commitment:

Upon job completion, you agree to pay the full invoice within 15 minutes of receiving it via email or SMS. Delays in payment may result in interest, additional fees, or legal action.

Card Authorization & ID:

You agree to use a valid credit/debit card under your name, provide a photo ID if requested, and may split payment between up to 2 cards, as long as both match the ID provided.

Dispute Protection:

You agree not to cancel or dispute the authorized payment after service is delivered. All disputes must be sent in writing to MTS support within 24 hours. MTS reserves the right to present evidence including photos, call logs, and technician reports.

Job Changes:

If the job turns out to be larger or more complex, MTS may increase the deposit or adjust the invoice total. You will be informed before additional charges are applied.

Payment Options:
  • You may pay using credit card, EFS, FleetOne, WEX, T-Check, or Comdata.
  • All credit card payments include a 4% processing fee.
  • To avoid fees, we recommend using EFS or Comdata where possible.
  • Cash is not accepted under any circumstances.

I agree not to file a chargeback once service is completed. I understand that all disputes must be resolved directly with MTS Truck Service.
