5. Repair Authorization Limit

Larger jobs are common in this industry and are not capped by the amount above. You'll be able to designate additional contacts with higher approval authority once your account is approved. At least one contact should be reachable after hours for approvals on time-sensitive repairs.

6. Secured Payment Method(s) on File

MTS requires at least one secured payment method on file for approved fleet accounts. You may authorize a credit/debit card, an ACH bank account, or both. No payment is charged simply for registering your fleet account. These methods remain securely on file for payment of authorized completed services in accordance with your Fleet Service Account Agreement.

You may separately choose a preferred settlement method such as EFS, T-Chek, Comdata, Zelle, ACH, or credit/debit card. Your preferred settlement method will normally be used first. A secured payment method on file remains required as an authorized backup if the preferred payment method is unavailable, declined, cannot be issued promptly, or otherwise cannot be completed when payment is due.

Maintaining payment authorization in advance helps prevent service delays, technician waiting time, storage or additional labor charges, and unnecessary interruption of fleet operations.

Only needed if you'd like to supplement your card authorization with a photo. Cover everything except the cardholder name and last 4 digits — do not include the full card number, expiration date, or CVV/security code.

This is how you'd prefer routine service invoices to be settled (e.g., EFS, T-Chek, Comdata). It does not replace the secured card/ACH method above, which remains on file as required by your signed agreement in case the preferred method can't be completed for a given transaction.
Service pricing varies based on location, time of service, repair type, technician availability, travel distance, equipment requirements, parts availability and emergency conditions. MTS will provide an estimate or authorization amount whenever reasonably practical before dispatch or before additional work is performed. MTS does not charge your secured payment method simply because your account is registered. High-value repairs involving major components, towing, refrigeration systems, engines, transmissions, or dealer services may require advance approval and/or partial or full funding before MTS commits outside expenses.

8. Agreement & Signature

MTS Fleet Service Account Agreement

This is a commercial fleet service account, not a subscription. Customer establishes one account with MTS and contacts MTS whenever a vehicle needs service. MTS may perform services directly or coordinate qualified independent providers; the customer deals with and pays MTS, not the field technician or subcontractor.

Payment Due Upon Completion. MTS does not charge the secured payment method simply because the account is registered. Payment is due according to authorized, completed service. Customer may use an approved preferred settlement method such as EFS, T-Chek, or Comdata where available. If the preferred settlement method cannot be completed, MTS may charge an authorized secured payment method on file, only in accordance with this signed agreement.

Timely Authorization and Payment. Fleet customers are responsible for maintaining reachable authorized contacts for repair approvals and payment decisions, including after-hours emergencies. Delays in authorization or payment may delay repairs, vehicle release, towing, parts procurement, or technician availability, and may result in additional documented charges such as storage, standby time, re-dispatch, towing, or other costs caused by the delay.

Submission of this application does not guarantee account approval. MTS retains the right to decline an account or require prepayment.

Your application will be reviewed by MTS. This is not instant activation.
