MTS FLEET MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. SERVICE SCOPE: MTS TruckAI provides 24/7/365 dispatch management. We are a platform, not the repair shop.

2. TIERED PRICING:
- Standard (1-99 units): $40/truck, $25/trailer monthly
- Enterprise (100+ units): $25/truck, $15/trailer monthly
- Minimum: $250/month

3. MANAGEMENT FEE: Emergency repair costs billed separately (vendor invoice + 7% management fee). Zero markup on parts/labor.

4. VIN VERIFICATION: You must add VIN numbers within 7 days to maintain coverage.

5. PAYMENT: Auto-renewal via selected payment method. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

6. LIABILITY: Vendor warranties apply. MTS assists with claims but does not warranty repairs.

7. AUDIT RIGHTS: Member has the right to audit original shop invoices for any event dispatched through MTS.
